Registration at SMARTDoc is required of all attendees. This policy applies to all participants and attendees.

Students Free
Registration rate (after January 30, 2010)
Participant $150.00
Students $50.00
Symposium speakers must pre-register for the conference by December 10, 2009.
Cancellation and refund policy
Preregistration refunds will be made for written cancellations received up to the applicable preregistration deadline (January 30, 2010), with a $10 processing fee. After that date no refunds will be made.
